Providing Quality Service to the Community

VICS provides community services for thousands of low income clients annually.  The Weatherization and Minor Home Repair and Home Energy Assistance provide a large percentage of these services.  VICS has been a provider of entry level and on-the-job training programs for a number of its employees who live in surrounding communities.  VICS' focus and mission is to improve the quality of life for neighborhoods; specifically, the low income population residing in the service areas.
