Environmental Services Division (ESD)

The Environmental Services Division (ESD) dispatches VICS its skilled staff to investigate and determine the amounts of lead, mold, asbestos and other harmful substances in the home.  VICS environmental services experts are trained and comply with California state safety guidelines and standards.

 

The Environmental Services staff maintains certification and meets California training standards for the following:  Certificate of Registration for asbestos removal, Department of Health Safety lead related removal certification, Hazardous Substance Removal and Remedial Actions Certification.
