Fred S. Rodriguez, President/CEO

President/CEO Fred Rodriguez’s career spans thirty years as an aerospace  human resources executive.  He has a Masters degrees from USC and  one from Pepperdine University in business management.

He has been a VICS board member since 1978. He is involved in several non-profit boards and is a founder of the Personnel Management Association of Atzlan. He is a U. S. Air Force veteran and is involved in the United Way and veterans activities.
