Minor Home Repair or handyman services are offered at no cost to qualifying clients. It is available to clients residing in specific south east Los Angeles County communities.  

VICS also maintains home improvement contacts with a number of Los Angeles County municipalities. Call VICS to inquire for eligibility and apply for the Minor Home Repair service program.
