- For almost three
decades Veterans in Community Service, Inc., has
provided an array of services to cities and
communities throughout Los Angeles County.
VICS was founded by veterans who
realized that low income neighborhoods, youths, seniors, veterans,
immigrants and special needs persons were not receiving the
government and community services to which they were entitled.
VICS goal is to serve the low income community and neglected
neighborhoods.

- We offer home programs
such as weatherization, home energy assistance, minor
home repair, consumer
education, veterans affairs
and home environmental services. We are proud of our
uniformed field crews who are skilled and our courteous office staff
who are ready to serve everyone needing services.

Despite societal changes our mission
remains the same:
"VICS provides quality services to all of our clients, especially the
low and moderate income community".
