President/CEO
Fred Rodriguez’s career spans thirty years as an aerospace
human resources executive. He earned Masters degrees from USC
and Pepperdine University
in business management.
He
has been a VICS board member since 1978. He is involved in several
non-profit boards and is a founder of the Personnel Management
Association of Atzlan. He is a U. S. Air Force veteran and is involved
in veterans activities.
